Your one password,

The web is full of security areas that you want to get in to but are not able to unless you have a password of course. Maybe I am completely wrong but I think at least 9 out of 10 people are using the same password for all other secured websites as well.

It does not matter you might think because your password looks like this one "!4mth3@lph@0m3g4" so no genius would ever be able to guess this password and if they want to try a Brute force hacking technique it will take them a long time to do so.

“What is the risk then Antonie Geerts ? What are you talking about! I am safe, I feel Safe, I am an experienced IT consultant and I know what the risk is!" you might think that. And although everyone can have great passwords it is not up to the passwords to be secured or not, its up to the websites, e-mail boxes and networks you login to.

You might try to login to a webpage that has been hacked and now your single password is known to the hackers. That single password you also used to login to your pay-pal , your gmail account , your ebay and all you wanted to do is change your facebook status..

Moral of the story, don't use a single password for all your pages and change it every month or so..
