How to rent a car without a credit card..

Having the problem now that I don’t own a credit card but I need to rent a car. So what are my alternatives?

1. Google “cash only car Rental Company”. You can use the keywords in a search engine and most likely you might find something like Alamo. Who provide car cash car renting in the following countries:

Alamo

Qualifying renters who do not have a credit card and have a prepaid rental must leave cash deposit at the time of rental and have three forms of identification for rentals in the following countries:
• Germany
• Greece
• Guam
• Malta
• Mauritius
• Norway
• Portugal
• Switzerland

2. Most likely you want to rent a car when you arrive in the country and this needs to be done at the airport. But most airports & stations do not accept cash for rentals so us googlemaps to find the smaller garages in the towns around the airport for your car rental. This on is for Hahn – Frankfurt. I search for car rental in the nearest little town of from the airport and I found a bunch of smaller companies that do accept cash payments.

Google Maps

3. My last advice is to make sure you do your searches in the country you are going to so www.google.nl if you going to Holland or www.google.es if going to Spain. This will increase the chances of you finding the local businesses that are more helpful and supportive in your car hiring needs.
